Silent Index is a boutique advisory and research consultancy. We help governments, institutions, and organizations understand and navigate the overlapping threats of the digital age.
Silent Index was founded on the principle that the most consequential threats of our era are poorly understood by the institutions responsible for addressing them.
We bridge the gap between intelligence, policy, and the private sector—translating complex threat landscapes into clear frameworks for decision-makers.
Our work spans online harms, foreign influence, platform integrity, emerging technology risks, and the security dimensions of a rapidly evolving digital world.
Our work spans the overlapping domains where digital threats, policy, and national security converge.
